Every year, I look at a number of different data sources to find the markets that will grow in 2025. We are mostly interested in the residential and multifamily areas. In general, we like more jobs, lower unemployment, economic growth, and more people living in the country.
People often refer to these as "Markets in Expansion."
Let me give you the data sources I like to look at at the start of the year and the data for 2025, as I do every year.

Consult regional contacts in these regions to conduct additional research. Focus on certain neighborhoods. Examine the trends in the submarkets.
